A novel which involves Oberlin College, the vicious murder/lynching of two African American women and an African American young man who decides to carry our a program of vigilante retribution against those who killed the women. In our experience, this rather uncommon novel used to turn up mostly around the Washington, D.C. area where the author, a Michigan-born lawyer and policeman of African American descent, lived.
