Gilt label on spine faded and chipped but still vivid. Gilt label on front board full and vivid. Moderate staining and scuffing to both boards. Front hinge cracked exposing mesh on half title page. Rear hinge cracked. The subject matter of the stories in the collection includes bullfighting, prizefighting, infidelity, divorce, and death.
