All Wool Line Fall and Winter 1926-27. An unusually complete sample catalogue by "The King of Tailors". The International Tailoring Co. was one of the world's largest manufacturers of custom-made menswear. Operating as "Tailors to the trade", local merchants were supplied with catalogues for customers to make selections and have their measurements taken, which were then sent to the company's factories. This work documents a range of popular 1920s menswear through textile swatches and colour fashion plates. The swatches are captioned with promotional descriptions, such as "A big popular favorite everywhere" and "A suiting of wonderful attractiveness". Additionally, there is pricing information indicating the cost of having various garments made from the fabrics shown on each page.
