ca.1943 . This identification badge belonged to Hana Steiner, a Czech Jewish woman from Prague, while imprisoned at the infamous Ravensbruck women's concentration camp, during the Holocaust. The badge is composed of two cloth triangles, one yellow and one red, sewn together to form the shape of the Star of David, measuring approximately 4x4 . According to information received, Steiner arrived at the camp in October of 1943, and was murdered six months later. The badge was saved by her friend
