Stock ID #219557 Small bronze ornament possibly for use as a belt buckle or hat badge , approx 4 x 6 cm, a crocodile, jaws ready to strike, be-striding a base plate in the shape of mainland Australia the surface knobbled, suggestive of terrain , its head and body in the Top End its tail encircling South-eastern Australia inlaid with a white opal, the verso smooth and stamped with two pairs of initials possibly makers' : O.Z.
