First edition. Illustrated. 215pp. 16mo. Blue cloth, spine stamped in gilt. Owner's contemporary ink name on second front flyleaf, dated in year of publication Oct. 1872 . Cloth is lightly worn with bit of fraying at tips of spine, tips of corners rubbed, else a very good, bright copy, with gilt lettering on spine fresh and bright. BAL 168; issued as the first volume in the 'Aunt Jo's Scrap-Bag' series. Item #345355
