First edition. Broadside; single sheet, printed on recto only, measuring circa 7-1/2 by 9 inches. Decorated double-rule border has been crudely colored in yellow, with few ink notations in early hand at extremities of margins; verso has a number of contemporary ink names. Folded twice, long three-inch tear along lower half of broadside archivally mended on verso , light foxing, else a good to very good copy. Not in OCLC. Item #352652
