First edition, 8vo, pp. 4 , 195, 1 ; engraved frontispiece portrait of Mary Brunton; original brown paper-covered boards, manuscript titling on spine; joints starting, spine with several small cracks; the whole slightly shaken, but still a good copy, internally clean. The memoir is written by her husband, Alexander Brunton.
