As well as recording city and river views, the work also contains some unusual plates recording Turkish transport. First edition; landscape folio (54 x 40 cm); pictorial lithographed title and 21 lithographed plates printed in colours, publisher's original dark green morocco-backed black pebble-grained boards decorated in gilt and blind, lettered in gilt on upper cover, light wear to spine extremities, corners and edges, an excellent copy.
