Also includes descriptions of the various printmaking techniques and useful biographical notes about all the artists represented. 4to. Hardbound. An essential reference for any library of books on American printmaking of the midcentury. The book features prize-winning prints from competitions of various printmaking societies. Over time this has proved \ a very scarce and sought-after title. Condition: The cover is slightly age-toned as expected, but it and the contents are in remarkably good condition for age.
