Stressing/abrasions to spine hinges and flap folds. Minor soiling to both panels, primarily back. Very small stain to lower half of spine. All tears mended on reverse with archival tape, except top and bottom of spine which is mended on both sides. In first 2 pics, paper insert placed inside for improved appearance.
