Tan folder with the agenda for the meeting, an eight-panel brochure on the Commission and a copy of its January 1980 newsletter #3, six contiguous pages, 8.5x11 inches , a mailing list signup, an 8.5x11 inch hearing questionnaire, and a sheet on how to obtain Commission records. The folder has two labels, one with the Commission's name and the word Welcome!; the other exhorting signups for the open mike part of the program.
