A Hand-List of the Books Printed at the Ashendene Press MDCCCXCV-MCMXXV. First edition, first impression. The colophon notes that this handlist was printed in December 1925 "on the thirty-first anniversary of the founding of the Press". The Ashendene Press, described as "the zenith of superb bookmaking", was founded by C. H. St John Hornby in 1895 (Ransom, p. 95). It closed in 1935.
