This is a first state copy of "All the Sad Young Men" by F. SCOTT FITZGERALD. 1926 1st edition, 1st printing/state; Charles Scribner's Sons; New York. This particular copy represents the earliest state of the text with clear, 'unbattered' type on pages 38, 90 and 248 (the type on these pages is sharp with no damage, unlike with subsequent printings/states). The follow-up to "THE GREAT GATSBY" in 1925, "All the Sad Young Men" (1926) is a collection of nine short stories, including "The Rich Boy," "Winter Dreams," "Absolution," and more - please see the photos for the complete list of contents. Condition: Clean front cover and spine; the back cover has a thin, light 2" scuff/stain life at the left edge. The gilt lettering on the spine has partially faded. Sharp cover corners. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Both covers are firmly attached. The pages are mostly clean with the exception of some sporadic foxing, primarily to the half title page, bibliography page and title page and a few other pages at the front; pages 208-216; and pages 257-267. Overall the book is in Very Good- condition.
