The composer is depicted standing on a plinth with a writing implement in his right hand and a sheet of rolled music manuscript paper in his left, flanked by angels, allegorical figures, and an eagle. On ivory paper with Mozart and imprint to lower margin. Size to platemark 241 x 214 mm; sheet size 289 x 222 mm. Trimmed at lower margin, just touching descender of z of Mozart;' imprint lost. Laid down to dark ivory mounting paper.
