Published in 2003 & 2004 G. P. Taylor's 1st two trade softcover books These are the first two books written by novice author G. P. Taylor that went on to become blockbuster fantasies: Shadowmance and Wormwood. Both books are First Editions and were published in the United Kingdom (London) in 2003 and 2004. Together they sold 450,000 copies, making them one of the best selling books by a new author. Both books measures approx 5 by 8 inches and are in fine unread condition. Textblocks appear to be largely untouched. Pages are unmarked, all four corners are square and there are no bends or creases anywhere. Covers are free of wear, and there are no browsing creases to the spine. The cheap paper stock has darkened over the years as the books aged. But there is no evidence they were ever opened or read. Taylor was a British writer who became a country vicar after living as a dissolute in London for many years. His young adult books explored the theme of good and evil in the era before Harry Potter arrived on the scene. Email if you have questions.
