1978 Nelson Rockefeller Collection (Art) Catalog FREE S/H. Produced by Neiman Marcus. In the late1970s, Nelson Rockefeller decided to allow reproductions of many of his priceless personal works of art. He did that through this glorious 90-page catalog mailed to 500,000 Neiman Marcus shoppers. The photos and descriptions are wonderful. Three things I like about this list: 1) the blank ordering form is still attached to the back of the catalog. "The back cover shows you the design described as "an inscription in a book sent by Pablo Picasso to Nelson Rockefeller in 1980. And 3) there is a stunning loose 9X11" image of Renoir's famous "Girl With a Watering Can." Ready for framing. It is immaculate and printed on what appears to be heavy (linen?) stock. see photo.
