I have shown pictures of the copyright page; "First American edition, July 2005", jacket price $29.99, first-state barcode block on rear panel of the dust jacket, pages 100 and 103 for examples of textual errors. The book ends on page 652. I have shown a lot of pictures of the book with and without dust jacket to show the mint condition that it is in.
