Science of Being. First edition of Fersen's manifesto on the workings of the universe and the origins of man. The book is made up of seven "lessons", covering spiritualism, life energy, and the mind. Fersen (1879-1956) emigrated to America from Russia just before the First World War, where he became a notable figure in the early New Age Spirituality movement of the 1920s. He founded his spiritual organization, the Lightbearers, in 1921, and started a university in Washington focused on his teachings.
