Japan.- Japan Album, 50 hand-coloured albumen photographic prints, each c.900 x 138 mm., mounted on thick card leaves, 4 prints with captions in negative, most with tissue-guards, occasional light fading (as usual), contemporary decorative lacquered boards, concertina binding, slight bumping to corners, oblong 8vo, c.1890. *** A souvenir photograph album containing images of Japanese landscapes and maikos. Showing the Japanese landscape before the Great Kanto earthquake of 1923.
