The usual sources record copies only at the International Institute of Social History and the National Library of Australia.Founded in 1945, the World Federation of Democratic Youth quickly came to be viewed by the CIA as a dangerously subversive left-wing group. During the Korean War, the WFDY was a receptive audience for Chinese allegations that America was using bacteriological weaponry. The present work reprints speeches and statements issued by the organization's senior officers, sessions of its constituent bodies, and a Stalin Prize winner. It also assembles qualitative and visual proof, including a table of "information on the dates and the places where infected insects were dropped in 15 points investigated".
