The four volumes are uniformly bound in half leather with leather spines and corner tips, marbled paper-covered boards and gilt-decorated spines, with raised bands and contrasting black spine labels lettered in gilt. Condition: Near Fine. The bindings show some light rubbing and minor signs of age and handling, consistent with their age, but remain attractive and sound. The volumes are tightly bound and square, with clean, bright text internally. Overall a particularly well-preserved set.
