Pasted or tipped-in are the 1900 and 1902 annual reports of Murray's Mission to the Blind, a rare four-page leaflet on "the destruction of the schools for the blind by the Chinese in Peking in June 1900", and several plates from another publication.The annual reports, both of which were written by the author, demonstrate her central role in the mission's organization and fundraising.
