First edition · Signed · In dust jacket
London: Gollancz, 1986. Very Good/Very Good. Very good condition. Inscribed by the author to fellow author and bookman John Baxter. Included is a fairly ratty typed letter from Le Guin to Baxter, complaining about packing his books and posting them out. Baxter reviewed the book (a letter from The Weekend Australian is laid in). Also included is a postcard from Le Guin to Gollancz editor Malcolm Edwards, thanking him for his review of The Dispossessed and pointing out a couple of 'Booboos in the typescript'. Finally, a photocopy of a hand-drawn map of Anarres, by Le Guin with her initials in autograph is included. A wonderful little collection.
