The Hobbit, Deluxe Illustrated By Author Edition- The condition is very good, nearly new. The most noticeable imperfection is the minor scratch on the spine (pictured). One insert is a little bent around the edges, not very noticeable. This box set includes the nicely bound hardcover book with gold gilt, (2) removable fold out maps, an additional book 'Mathoms- A Treasury of Writings, Including a Brief History of, and Other Writings Related to the Hobbit', and 2 additional note cards.
