The total edition of the book was 2,020 copies and 80 artist's proofs including four Art editions limited to 100 copies each containg a signed print.The product of a lockdown spent in Normandy, 220 for 2020 charts the changing seasons as witnessed by Hockney from his farmhouse near Beuvron-en-Auge, as Covid restrictions curtailed normal life. The project comprises 220 (plus four bonus) prints of iPad paintings, as well as a second volume which is a facismile of two sketchbooks of ink and watercolour drawings made by Hockney in 2019 in LA and Normandy.
