An early Pennsylvania land indenture on vellum, signed by William Penn. First purchaser Thomas Roberts's grant, as here conferred, would pass to his brother and heir Nathaneal Roberts, who would in turn transfer the deed in the 18th century to Richard Murry of Philadelphia.
