Bonnie and Clyde. Post-production continuity script of the landmark and controversial neo-noir film that helped define the "New Hollywood" era. The film has been selected for preservation in the U.S. National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically or aesthetically significant". The film premiered in Montreal on 4 August 1967. This script is dated over a month later.The biographical film depicts the story of Bonnie Parker (1910-1934) and Clyde Barrow (1909-1934), the American outlaws of the Great Depression. The film's glorification of murderers and graphic depiction of violence heralded a new style in film making.
