Aimee Machado is a forensic librarian at a hospital in a smaller Northern California town. Her job is pretty straight forward. Supply doctors and hospital administrators with articles, publications and books on medical subjects. She's fairly new at this but stumbles upon some scary stuff around the hospital. She's living at her grandmother's and step grandfather's house in an apartment above their barn and sometimes helping them with their Llamas, which they raise. Engaging, heart thumping, and interesting scenarios keep you engaged throughout. Smart writing will keep you guessing until the end. Personally, I can't wait for the next book.
