Book has wear on cover and Spine shown in pictures it looks like there is some damage in the front of the book it is missing title page best guess on date is from inscription on back page of 1910 I am not sure if it is missing more than just the title page the page numbering in this book jumps all over the place the first page in the book is 113 but then it jumps up from page 140 to 476 and then from 504 to 368 it bounces around like this several times throughout the book I am assuming the page numbers have no correlation to actually how the book was bound it was not repaired or rebound The Binding is original so I am assuming this is how it was made. Pages have some minor staining here and there but overall in good shape for being over 100 years old
