Fritz was a German-American lawyer who is known for drafting denazification laws in Germany post WWII. Dean wrote to Fritz and part of his letter includes an expression of gratitude regarding NATO foreign policy in 1961 drafted by Acheson. This unique addition to the book makes it a perfect addition for collectors.
