Text is regular to small, but would consider regular, because text is not too small. I would of put genuine leather, but does NOT state genuine leather. Opinions based on descriptions as provided, based on the wearing, tearing, discoloration, even smell I would say genuine leather as an opinion. But to be safe I put leatherbound or would consider faux leather, but that would be a big time downgrade based on quality of the cover on how this book has endured. Appearance is Good Minus. Nothing else comes with this book. Just this 1960 etc. leatherbound book has been through a lot of years and needs a lot of space for collectible. PRINTED IN GREAT BRITAIN.
