True first printings of this UK edition contain a few minor text errors that were corrected in later production runs: Page 1: In the first chapter (Dudley Demented), look for the word "scuffiness" misspelled without the "u", or the typo "bo" instead of "boy". There is no writing or inscriptions inside or out as the text is clean. Cover colors and illustrations are bright with no fading. Overall very good condition with some minor edge, corner and cover wear...solid copy.
