Ardizzone is chiefly remembered for the Tim series of books, including Tim All Alone which won the inaugural Greenaway Medal in 1956.Provenance: from the collection of the late Colin White (1927-2022), an expert on the "Golden Age of Illustration", and author of works on Jessie M. King, and Edmund Dulac.
