A 12-magazine collection of complete vintage The New Yorker issues featuring cover art by Charles Addams. The lot spans February 16, 1981 through October 30, 1989. All 12 magazines have different issue dates; there are no duplicate copies. Included issue dates, in chronological order: - February 16, 1981 - April 4, 1983 - May 23, 1983 - December 9, 1985 - March 3, 1986 - November 3, 1986 - November 2, 1987 - May 23, 1988 - October 31, 1988 - March 27, 1989 - July 24, 1989 - October 30, 1989 This focused Addams collection brings together his unmistakable dark humor, witches, animals, uncanny interiors, holidays, and seasonal scenes from the final decade of his New Yorker cover work. Three group photographs show all 12 physical magazines, followed by representative front, spine, interior, back, and condition views. Overall condition is Good to Very Good, all of them are bagged and boarded, with normal age, cover, edge, spine, storage, and handling wear.
