A focused eight-issue collection of complete The New Yorker magazines featuring cover art by Danny Shanahan. The lot spans November 26, 1990 through April 19 & 26, 2004. All eight magazines have different issue dates; there are no duplicate copies. Included issue dates, in chronological order: - November 26, 1990 - February 11, 1991 - August 12, 1991 - January 27, 1992 - March 16, 1992 - August 24, 1992 - November 11, 2002 - April 19 & 26, 2004 This duplicate-free run brings together Shanahan's playful visual humor across holidays, city life, seasons, and everyday social observation. A six-issue group photograph and a two-issue group photograph document all eight actual magazines. Condition varies across the collection all good to really good. Expect normal age, cover, edge, spine, surface, and handling wear. The August 24, 1992 copy shows noticeable discoloration, spotting/soiling, and handling wear, as photographed. Some copies are shown in protective sleeves, and mailing labels remain visible as found.
