Prize bookplate on front pastedown. Extremities a touch worn, some marks to cloth, lacking front free endpaper, occasional finger soiling. A very good copy. London: The Roxburghe Press, 1895. Octavo. Original dark purple cloth, spine and cover lettered and decorated in gilt, black coated endpapers, edges uncut. Tissue-guarded frontispiece of Stanley, 5 plates, title printed in green ink, 34 pp. advertisements at end. Corners frayed, spine sunned and leaning, gilt bright, front inner hinge starting but firm. A very good copy.
