This signed limited edition is the first appearance in book form of "The Gift", "The Great Mountains", and "The Promise".This copy includes the booklabel of inventor Arthur Wilmer Lissauer (1888-1973), who pioneered air conditioning, and food processing machinery. His library included several Shakespeare folios.Provenance: the collection of Steve Forbes, chairman of Forbes Magazine, and presidential candidate in the 1996 and 2000 US elections.
