Issue was stored in basement and has that smell. Condition: Cover: shows some wear with surface staining and ripped edges. Front cover has ink stamped to it “Sample Copy”. Good to acceptable condition. Spine: Shows wear with some damage. Acceptable condition. Pages: Shows some wear. Page 1 has handwriting in pencil at top edge. Page 37 has handwriting in blue colored pencil. Good to acceptable condition. Issue is complete with no missing pages. Please see photos for condition. Will do combined shipping on multiple items.
