Item is in excellent condition. It is like new and has been cared for in a book case ever since got it. All items are there and there are no rips, no tears, nothing missing. The ticket is authentic and is from Oakland Coliseum 12/11/94 (I was there!). The Certificate of Authenticity shows that it is number 1249 out of 5000 made. A very nice item for your collection.
