The practice was responsible for the construction of some 25 schools, institutes of higher education, hospitals and housing projects, and served as something of a finishing school for a generation of British architects, including James Stirling, James Gowan and Neave Brown. An extremely scarce book, with none for sale anywhere at the time of this listing. The design and contents follow the high publishing standards of the Architectural Association during this time and is, in our opinion, far superior to the more recent book on this firm.
