Les Contes des Fées An attractive moveable book for children, comprising the tales of Little Red Riding Hood, Riquet on the Hoop, and Tom Thumb, with two colour backdrops into which the young reader could insert a sequence of cut-out figures to illustrate the story as it progressed.The book was first published in 1820 by Lambert, Nepveu et Lefuel. This is the subsequent printing by Pintard and Letaille, in circa 1837.
