Green Lantern #28, published by DC Comics in April 1964. A fantastic early Silver Age Green Lantern issue featuring the second appearance of The Shark, one of Hal Jordan's distinctive early villains, following his first appearance in Green Lantern #24. The issue features "The Shark Goes on the Prowl Again!", with The Shark returning to challenge Green Lantern and targeting the people closest to Hal Jordan. A particularly attractive Gil Kane and Murphy Anderson cover, with classic Silver Age artwork and fantastic orange, green and yellow colouring. Gardner Fox provides the story with interior artwork by Gil Kane and Joe Giella. This is a very appealing copy for a comic now over 60 years old. The front cover retains strong colour and presents extremely well, with a clean overall appearance and only relatively light age-related wear. The rear cover is also very clean.
