Fantastic four-issue consecutive Silver Age Green Lantern run featuring classic Hal Jordan stories from one of the strongest periods of the original series. The set contains issues #25 through #28 and includes appearances from several important Green Lantern villains including Star Sapphire, Sonar, Hector Hammond and The Shark. The standout issue is Green Lantern #26, featuring “Star Sapphire Unmasks Green Lantern!”, an important early Star Sapphire story in which Carol Ferris discovers Green Lantern’s secret identity. Green Lantern #28 also features the second appearance of The Shark following his debut in Green Lantern #24. All four books feature superb period artwork associated with Gil Kane and capture the distinctive science-fiction style of the early Hal Jordan series.
