Mild shelf and edge wear with a hint of color loss at corner tips and at head and foot of spine. Binding tight. Pages moderately toned, otherwise unmarked. Pictorial dust jacket reproduces a photograph of the family on camels at Giza, and is not price clipped. Several chips and tears of half an inch or less along the edges, with heavier chipping at the top edge of the rear panel, concentrated at the spine corner where paper is lost. A 1 inch closed tear runs down from the top edge of the rear panel, left of center. Further chipping at the upper left corner of the front panel. Mild to moderate soiling and toning overall with fading to the spine. Now in an archival quality (removable) Brodart cover.
