Levine Books, July 2007) This is a genuine first edition, first printing hardcover — number line reads down to “1,” confirming first print run. The book is in very good condition with minor shelf wear; no tears, no writing or highlighting, dust jacket intact. This copy carries the well-known and increasingly hard-to-find 759-page printing error: the text ends abruptly at page 759 instead of the full 784, followed by several blank pages and the “About the Author/Illustrator” section. This binding defect affected only a small portion of the original print run and has been documented by collectors and covered in the media. A genuine collector’s piece for any Harry Potter first edition library.
