History Fitch Family 1400-1930 - Vol 1 Hardcover has wear, fading, scuffing , marks, etc. The book has some toning, foxing, spots throughout the book. On some illustrated pages there is a light brown offsetting from the illustration to the facing page. Approximately 6 pages have small underline type pen marks. The first few (approximately 18) pages are starting to pull away from the binding at the top. The other pages seem to be securely attached. See photo. I don't know the exact publishing date, but the forward is dated 1930. Several pull-out illustrations. Volume 1 only. Please see photos for measurements.
