The only real book with some issues is “messy rooms” The little boy was very messy with the inside first page, lol but the story itself can be red and the book is in good shape except for a small rip on the corner. The rest are really good preowned condition You receive the 27 books pictured . 6 are hardback and the rest are paperback in good preowned condition. Overall, I do not have time to look through every single book. There may be some writing inside one or two of them, but they are in great condition overall sold as is.
