img{max-width:100%} Tubby and the Poo-Bah (B-57), written Al Perkins and illustrated by Rowland B. Wilson, is a 64 page, 6 3/4 X 9 1/4 inch hardcover book published by Beginner Books/Random House, Inc., New York. The copyright date is 1972 and no additional dates or printings are noted. The book is in very good plus condition in a very good unclipped ($2.50) dustjacket, with illustrated boards and illustrated endpapers. Synopsis - This "I CAN READ IT ALL BY MYSELF Beginner Book" describes what happens when Tubby, a very small elephant, makes a bad decision to borrow a boat from the great Poo-Bah. Nicely illustrated in full color throughout. Hard to find in a dustjacket. Condition Details - The book has a square spine, a tight binding, and no wrinkles, marks, tears, turned down page corners or writing. The glossy cover has light edgewear to the corner tips and spine ends, no rubwear, stains or soil. The dustjacket (in new, protective Brodart) has edgewear with very small chips at the corners and two closed tears: a one-inch tear and crease/wrinkle at the top of the front panel and a 1/2 inch tear at the top of the rear panel. No spine fade and just a hint of rubwear. No unpleasant odors. I never use stock photos. The item pictured is the item you'll receive, and it will be packed with care regardless of the shipping method. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
