Rue Morgue Magazine Vol. I No. 1 Premiere Issue 1997 Horror Extremely

This is the authentic very first issue of the fan favorite horror magazine Rue Morgue in great shape. It is of course is incredibly rare, especially in this kind of condition. I bought it from the late great Michael (Psychotronic Magazine) Weldon back in the early 2000s at a convention in Baltimore along with a huge box of rare fanzines that had been sent to him by Psychotronic readers over the years (which I am in the process of posting here on Ebay as well). It lead to my friendship with Michael that lasted until his passing. It is my sincere hope that this fine magazine goes to someone who truly loves the horror genre as Michael would have wanted it that way. In full disclosure, there are two very thin scratches on the cover but they can only be seen when holding it up to the light (see the pic included).
